This piece explains a tale of two countries: Japan and Ethiopia. They both are involved with a new country that doesn't treat them the way they should be treated; like citizens or welcomed guest. They see that they are just mere slaves there and they turn to depend on each other. They use love in order to control the hate in this new place that they call home. He then realizes he needs her; she then realizes she wants him near. He wants her to stay strong and beautiful; she needs him in order to stay strong and beautiful. Love was their cure.
